Composition, contrast and brushstrokes are the star in this restrained limited palette artwork.

Abundant life in the desert maybe unexpected but the Olive groves and fig fields tell another story, inviting the viewer into the cultivated desert with a scene that guides the eye around the painting playfully contrasting with it’s sombre shades of grey.
